U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District participated in a three-day Health Fair, April 20 - 22 at the Amelia Earhart Building, Wiesbaden, Germany. The fair offered a wide variety of activities including nutrition counseling given by a license dietician, a scavenger race designed to get participants walking, massages, Zumba, 5k fun run, and other physical activities. The fair also offered health assessments which measures body mass index, height and weight, and blood pressure reading. Smoking cessation assistance and CPR/First Aid, healthy lunch demonstration, and a self defense demonstration were a few of the classes offered during the fair.
